Attendance and Cancellation Policy

Policy Notice:

Patients are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange their dental appointments.  

There is a fee for private dental appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. The fee is based on the length of the appointment, at a rate of £25 per 20 minutes of clinical time allocated to you.  

Where two dental appointments are missed (without prior notification of cancellation), you are unlikely to be offered further appointments at the practice. ​
